⏳ 30-Day Return Window

You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price
(shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).

✔ Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure your watch is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

❌ Failed Quality Check

If the watch shows any signs of:

  • Scratches

  • Wear

  • Damage

  • Missing parts or packaging

… it will not pass our quality inspection. The watch will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
